Terms and Conditions
We recommend that you familiarise yourself with our policies prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need to cancel your appointment and we will aim to reschedule your session as soon as possible. If your child or yourself show any signs of illness, it is probably best to cancel the appointment as soon as possible.
Any cancellations made less than 24h prior to the appointment will be charged a £35 cancellation fee. Any sessions cancelled less than 4h prior to the appointment will be charged at a full cost.

Payments
Following our session the invoice will be send to you via email. We kindly ask you to settle the payment within 7 days.
All fees, including any additional charges discussed during the session, will be agreed with the client prior to invoicing.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please be assured that your personal data will be stored securely, complying with GDPR regulations. We will never release any information regarding yourself or your child to other professionals, unless you will consent for us to do so.
You are welcome to forward any professional letters to us prior to our session, and to share our reports with other professionals to ensure information sharing and collaborative working.

Infection Policy
We are committed to keeping you and your family safe by reducing any infection risks to minimum. We will reschedule the session if the therapist, or anyone in your household shows signs of illness and is any way unwell. All our toys are disinfected prior to the sessions and the therapist will be happy to wear a protection mask and gloves if this is requested.
We will also ask you to provide access to hand washing facilities prior to the session.
